Sorry everyone for the slow posting, I’ve been in the raps of dissertation and exams and I finally finished my last exam of University last week!
What better way to celebrate then to buy Slam Dunk tickets, this will be my third year in a row going and is always such a good day. Let the snakebites commence!

KOKOPOP Filming March 2012
Got invited to a cheeky bit of filming for the music show KOKOPop for Channel 4 last Sunday, which was brilliant!
Jameela Jamil presented and she was so funny, keeping us entertained between shots with stories of her falling off chairs mid interview and her upcoming show on Radio One.
Although some of the artists weren’t my cup of tea its always great to see some fresh new acts, these including:
CLEMENT MARFO & THE FRONTLINE
ALEXANDRA BURKE
ANGEL FT WRETCH 32
STOOSHE
MARCUS COLLINS
WILL YOUNG
My favourite had to be Clement Marfo & The Frontline with a surprise entrance from Kano, look forwards to see what they do next and Stooshe looked absolutely fabulous!

The Beards (F.Y.S) were absolutely amazing and I didn’t expect anything less!
The harmonies were incredible and their stage presence and energy was passionate and intense, there was such a good vibe with everyone just having a great time. They played a complete mixture of their discographies as well as a brand new song, which is always a plus when you’ve liked a band for a really long time. I cannot wait to see them again already <3
I also have so much love for one of their support bands Don Broco who did an impressive lively set and was really fun to watch, definitely recommended so check them out!
Finally got round to buying both of Daughter’s EPs yesterday, her voice is incredible and melodic. “Landfill” is one of my favs, expecting big things to come!
The Meadham Kirchhoff boys have brought their cute sugary nail wraps from their Spring Summer 2012 fashion show into our lives!
They can be purchased from Topshop as of today <3

Drive is out today, literally one of my favourite films!
Ryan Gosling (sexiest man on earth) plays the imperturbable hero with no name. A Hollywood stunt driver who wears a gold bomber jacket with a scorpion on the back which has become a bit of a cult symbol. The film is a tense drama that takes a tight turn into violence and chaos.
Drive has an incredible intensity that is added to by the perfect and unpredictable soundtrack, which I guarantee you will be purchasing after you’ve seen this film. It was on repeat continuously between me and my housemates for about a month.
So if you haven’t seen it yet, get it now, and give the soundtrack a check too!
